On the beach life is tastier! And what better place than Cocoa Beach, Florida.
Our beautiful beachside home features six spacious bedrooms each equipped with a Wi-Fi-enabled TV. There are three King rooms, a Queen room, a Bunk Bed room and a Twin room, for a total of 8 beds where up to 8 people can sleep comfortably. Ideal spaces to rest after a long day of enjoyment on the beach. You will also have at your disposal 4 full and spacious bathrooms and 1 half bathroom.
Speaking of comfort, we can't fail to mention our spacious and relaxing main living room, equipped with a sofa, an accent chair, and a love seat overlooking the ocean. Additionally, it has a large flat screen TV.
Now for the foodies out there, let's talk about the kitchen. Our spacious kitchen is fully equipped with a granite four seat breakfast bar, refrigerator/freezer, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, blender, all utensils, cookware, dinnerware, glassware. And also, table seats up to ten people.
The house has a basic supply of toiletries and kitchen supplies; guests are responsible for purchasing/supplying all additional supplies needed for the duration of their stay.
The fun has arrived!!
For those who love to relax at home, upstairs loft area with ocean views has a 60" TV, an adjoining balcony, large sectional, Foosball and pool table, and a wet bar.
We also have a home theater which has six leather cinema seats, a large projection screen with surround sound, and a PS4 game console.
But for those who prefer outdoor spaces, and also prefer the pool to the beach, our house has a beautiful pool surrounded by beautiful palm trees.
• West facing pool deck and covered lanai has a six seat patio table, BBQ, and comfortable seating area with sofas.
• Two sun loungers and a hammock.
• Outdoor ping pong table and basketball court.
• Upper floor balcony is furnished with wooden beach chairs.
So what are you waiting for to rent, wake up in the morning, listen to the waves. Go to sleep at night, listen to the waves. There is nothing happier!

Summary: Because I don’t get to see my children/grandchildren a lot, I planned a trip that we could all meet and enjoy each other in one place. We loved this house. There was plenty of room for everyone to have space and a wonderful place for kids. I was a little worried about the little ones with a pool, but the alarm on the door to the pool was perfect to ease my mind.

Summary: Great place to stay on the ocean. Loved the pool as the ocean was very rough. Nice and warm water (be sure to have them turn on heater before you arrive) with floats available. Lots of beach supplies available too. We were disappointed there were no beach towels, kitchen towels, or any cleaners at all. We didn’t want to buy any as we were only there for a few days - guessing they throw everything out when you leave or there would’ve been some leftover. So we made due, not a huge issue. We loved the place and hope to come back to the area and would stay here again. Manager was great with communication. Thanks for the fun getaway!

Summary: We rented this house for my 55th bday from Thurs. 10/10 to 10/13. On 10/10 Hurricane Milton hit Cocoa Beach. We could NOT check in on Thurs. (10/10) because of the storm. In contact with property manager to advise if they send someone out to the property late Thurs. to make sure the house is good and has electricity we would still come Friday thru Sunday. Got to house Friday....NO ONE cleaned up after the hurricane. The outside furniture was very messy, sandy and just kinda thrown around. Some of the soffit from second story ripped off and strung around the back yard. Sharp metal. Pools was not cleaned with debris and sand in the bottom. There were 11 adults. and NO cleaning products (sponge, hand towel, dish soap), some of the bathrooms didn't even have toilet paper and the bath towels are small and very limited amount of them. The oven is a complete disaster. The bottom is burned out and every time you use it the entire house smells like something is burning. Despite missing an entire day that we paid for and NOT cancelling completely and the things mentioned above...this house was really great! Loved being able to walk right on to the beach. Hopefully the management company will take better care of their guests as this property is not cheap to rent.

Summary: Good, could use some maintenance on sliding doors, dishwasher and clogged drains. Slept 11 comfortably and easily. There was no book of information/instructions to help with daily operations.

Summary: The house was great. It was three families and we had plenty of space to enjoy. Each family got a wing of the house. The house had lots to do for kids with the beach just right outside, the pool, basketball court, and a nice backyard. Plenty of outside and inside areas for the adults. Great location near toe . Would stay again

Summary: The house is nice and spacious with lots of room for guests both downstairs and upstairs. It has beautiful views of the ocean and has a convenient path to get to the beach from the backyard. The pool was deep and refreshing. The recreation room provided plenty of games and activities. The garage had plenty of stuff for fun at the beach. The house was nicely cleaned upon our arrival. However, the access information on check-in and Out from the host was provided in a restricted timeframe that made it frustrating. It was given to us while we were traveling so we weren’t able to share it, in a timely manner, with other guests who arrived ahead of us. There isn’t a welcome book with expectations, or helpful instructions, like where to find second-floor game room items which we found above the refrig on the first floor, how to use movie room, or fun insights to the area. They are cheap on TP quality, amount of provided soaps, shampoo, dish soap, garage bags. For a week’s stay it was maybe enough for a weekend rental. The kitchen appliances and bbq are in direr need of fixing. There’s nothing left in pantry from other guests, so plan on buying coffee, coffee filters, condiments, spices, napkins…. Along with adding to what more you’ll need to complete a week rental.

Summary: A few more supplies such as garbage bags, paper towels, toilet paper were sparse for a large party. House was clean, good response time, pool was green when we got there due to a recent storm, but they were out the next day and it was usable again. Beach items were available so we didn’t have to worry about umbrellas or chairs, even had boogy boards for the kids to use. We had a great stay.

Summary: Once again, a perfect beach getaway for a 3 generation family. The view and the sound of the ocean is breathtaking. Something for everybody to enjoy while staying in this home.
